Table operation system
The servomotor operates only when the forming table is in action; this allows reduction of electricity by 40% and considerable amount of noise. Precision within 3/100 for table staitionery position and moved distance.
Ball screw and servomotor drive.
Upper and Lower forming table are each supported by Ø125 x 2EA auxiliary pneumatic cylinders.

Adjustment Method

The produced products are conveniently stacked on the automatic conveying feeder. (Similar to DOCO method)
